Formulation and evaluation of biodegradable floating drug delivery for solubility enhancement of diclofenac sodium

This learning's objective is to determine and investigate how pharmaceutical restrictions affect the characteristics of gastric floating tablets using diclofenac sodium (DICL) as a model for solubility enhancement, sodium-bicarbonate (NaHCO3) or calcium-carbonate (CaCO3). Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC) swelling polymer K100M K15M gas-forming substance. BY direct-compression manufacturing used create DICL tablets. The tablet characteristics, index, in vitro resistance compressed were assessed. Under non-reducing circumstances, release was identified. Molecular interactions have been investigated Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy differential scanning calorimetry.
